Camp Freeland Leslie heritage

Camp Freeland Leslie served as a rustic, patrol-method summer camp in Oxford, Wisconsin under the Three Fires Council. For decades, staff mentored youth on the waterfront, trails, and unit lineups—building skills, character, and lifelong friendships.

1972–2021

Across 49 operating seasons, generations of counselors, directors, health officers, and program specialists shaped the Camp Freeland Leslie experience. Our association honors that timeline and the staff who made each summer possible.

After the camp era

When summer operations concluded, the staff family remained. We incorporated to provide durable governance, charitable purpose, and a national platform for alumni connection headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois.

Governance & transparency

As an incorporated nonprofit, we operate for public benefit—not private inurement. Donations support alumni programs, remembrance, and charitable human services. Questions about governance, giving, or documentation may be directed to Principal Officer Michael F. Meyer at admin@cflstaffalumni.io.vn.
